Spain Property Discovery is designed to make your property discovery trip feel smooth, enjoyable and purposeful. Our role is to help you experience Spain as a potential homeowner, not just as a visitor, by combining carefully selected property viewings with local lifestyle discovery and practical trip support.
Discovery Packages
To help you get the most out of your Property Discovery Experience, we have designed four different packages to suit a range of budgets, schedules and levels of experience. The fees for these packages will be totally or partially refunded*_, depending on revenue from other parties and the timeframe of the purchase.
Any full or partial refund applies only to the fee paid to Spain Property Discovery for the package service. It does not cover the total cost of your trip. Travel, accommodation, meals, activities and other trip expenses are excluded from this refund.
Practical arrangements
All travel, accommodation, transport, restaurant and activity services are provided by trusted third-party companies. Spain Property Discovery assists with coordination, recommendations and introductions, but the final service is delivered by the relevant external provider and is subject to their own availability, conditions, pricing, cancellation policies and insurance arrangements.
We do not organise or sell flights. However, we can suggest suitable travel routes, nearby airports and practical arrival options to help you plan your journey to Spain more easily. Flight bookings, airline conditions, baggage, delays, cancellations and travel documentation remain the responsibility of the traveller.
Travel insurance, medical insurance and any health-related requirements are the responsibility of each traveller. We strongly recommend that all guests arrange appropriate travel and medical cover before travelling, especially when visiting from outside Spain.
